Jimmy Dee and Fantasy Flash

Has anyone used Jimmy Dee for music... DJ or live for ceremony or Fantasy Flash for videography? Was hoping for some reviews....

    We used Alex from Jimmy Dee and he was absolutely fabulous - had the dance floor packed all night and knew just what to play. I highly recommend them.

    I don't know much about Fantasy Flash - only that I know (per Alex) that they're trying to get one of their photographers to copy the style of the photographer we used, which I thought was a little ridiculous.

    So  by any chance do you remember about how much the cost was? Alex was the one I talked to.

    We had the classic package - dj, mc, and deluxe lighting. It was a little under 2k, but we booked in 2008 so I have no idea what their prices are now. We also had a coupon from a bridal show.

    Hi!
    I havent responded to a post in so long!  Anyway...I used Jimmy Dee for my wedding on March 28th.  I used Richie...he was great.   The company is very professional, everyone loved them and my cost was under 2000.00 as well and Richie is a percussionist so he did some of that too which was cool!
    Also...I know nothing about fantasy flash personally, but a neighbor of mine just used them for a wedding two weeks ago and they already got previews and they look nice!

    My cousin used both for here wedding a couple of years ago and she was very happy.

    I met with them at a few of the bridal shows and didn't feel they would work with our crowd. So we passed.

    But definitely meet with them. You don't have to get all the services from them. So see if you mesh with the personality of the DJ and MC. And then, (separately) decide if you like the work of the photo/ video.

    I'm a little late in responding, but I also used Jimmy Dee for my DJ.  We had Patsy as our MC, and we were so happy!  He was super personable, dressed professionally, and had everyone dancing all night long.  We had the basic package- DJ, MC, basic lighting for $1500 (that also included a speaker to play music at cocktail hour).
