  Try Meteor Photo in Troy (by Oakland Mall). They might be able to produce something that large on photo paper.

  Kinkos, Staples, Office Max or Office Depot should be able to do this. If it's a professional photo, just make sure you have the release with you. They're not supposed to reprint professional photos without written consent of the photographer.

  I recently printed a poster size photo at Sam's Club and it turned out great.  That would only work if you have a membership there though.  I uploaded the picture online and picked it up later in the day.  It was super cheap, too!

  I know that costco and Sam's Club both have photo printing for fairly cheap.
