I did my own, and they were super easy. I'm not even a very crafty person.
Here's what I did
I bought the swarovski crystals at Michael's 40 count in th package (they have different sizes). I bought two of these I think they were on sale but regular price they are only like 2/$8 or something.
I created a template using word to get the font and size I wanted.
I printed it out and taped it to the bottom of the shoe where I wanted it to go.
You then use any small pointed tool (safety pin or something like that) to poke holes along making a pattern for where you will put the crystals.
After you take off the pattern then use hot glue and stick the rhinestones to the shoe.
Mine didn't come out exactly perfect, I'm sure many brides could have done better, but honestly I'm probably not doing a bunch of under the shoe pics or showing them to anyone so it worked for my something blue. I'm sure you could make it more elaborate, fancier etc but the point is that it is easy and doesn't cost a lot.
