Need Waterfront Reception/Ceremony Site

I looked at the Rusty Pelican but they did not have my date. Can you recommend a waterfront site for 50 guests that I will be under 5k for food, drinks, site? I've looked at all the reception sites on the knot, but can't find anything that really fits my budget.. I like Grand Plaza in St. Pete, but again the room I want is booked. Tampa Bay Watch is too expensive $4500 before food. Any other suggestions? It doesn't have to be beachfront, but I do want water! Thank you! I'm getting married Nov 2011

Did you try Sandbar or the Beachhouse on AMI?  Not sure if that is too far for you but you can probably do a wedding for 50 at that price including alcohol, food & site rental.  You may even get a better deal if you don't do it on a Sat.

well there are several places here i Pensacola, dont know where you are but, there are some awesomely beautiful places to get married here. I am doing my wedding at the Barkley House, it over looks the water, and has a beautiful garden.

The Riverside Venue in Tarpon Springs is priced great! The consultant, Stephanie, works with your budget and is really down to earth.

Check The Doubletree at Rocky Point.  It's on the same road as the Rusty Pelican, but just on the opposite side of the Courtney Campbell.  It's directly on the water.
