We should be praying for the children and their families.  It is so terrible.  

 

For anyone who doesn't know a gunman walked into an elementary school this morning in CT and opened fire.  As of now they reported that he killed 18 kids.

    I had to expaine the best I could to my 9 year old boy what happended... First thing he said was " We should pray for thier families " ...

    Then i asked if his school had any drills for anything like that he said they practiced lockdowns... I gave him simple instructions if anything got through the lockdown etc. Somehow telling kids not to talk to strangers just seems like not enough.
