  Venice Plaza in Berlin is very nice and has affordable prices considering it's surrounding competition.

  Marion House in Cherry Hill.  It's BYO which cuts down on costs, but they have a few dinner options and I think their lowest was around 60 pp.  Castle Caterers in Delran is also BYO and reasonable.

  Lakeside Manor and Masso's have the lowest prices around
