Hi fellow October 27th brides! :)

just a quick poll -

When is the day you hope to have the invites in the mail?

and

what is your RSVP date??


I'm hoping to have mine in the mail by Aug 27th (2 month mark) and I'm thinking the RSVP date as Sept. 29th.  thoughts?  how about you all?

    I'm not Oct 27, but my dates line up about the same as yours - wedding Oct. 19, want to put them in the mail on Aug 22, RSVP date is Sept 24.

    I plan on putting my invites in the mail Sept 1 with a RSVP date of Oct 1. 
    Majority of our guest are local and are just waiting for the official invite but we already know are attending and the final count is due 2 weeks before the wedding. Which at this point will be less than we originally got a quote for.

    i am not october 27th either, but i am close enough < the 26th >  i am ready to mail them now so i dont know how much longer i can wait! my rsvp date is October 1st ( my venue needs to know the 12th and i couldnt see having the date a month before the actual wedding!

    I'm October 13th and my invites are going out on Monday. I still think it's a little early, even for Oct 13 invites. I definitely think August 27th is a good date to mail them.

    I'm a 10/27 bride and my invites are pretty much ready to go, but I'll probably wait at least another week to send them out.  We have a lot of OOT guests, or else I'd wait until the last week of August.  My RSVP date is September 27.  My venue needs a final guest count 2 weeks prior, so I wanted 2 weeks to get in touch with people that haven't responded.

    I'm a 10/27 bride and am hoping to get mine out the last week in August, or first week in Sept.  My RSVP date is Oct. 8th.  I wanted a few weeks for follow-up.

    10/26 bride.  Hoping to have them in the mail by August 26th, RSVP date is by September 28 (4 weeks before the date).  Numbers are due October 12th, so that gives me a few dates for follow up.

    I'm October 28 too!!

    I sent mine out July 28 because I wanted to give people enough notice to book the Monday off work or book a hotel or whatever!  Our RSVP deadline is Sept 28.

    I'm October 27th and I just dropped mine in the mail last night!  People keep moving and breaking up.  Since I had them addressed I thought it would be better to get them out while I knew everything was current. 
    I think my RSVP is 9/27 or 10/1, I can't remember.

    You guys are so patient! I'm a 10/27 and our invites were mailed out about a week and a half ago! We're getting RSVPs in and the RSVP date is Sept. 20. That way we can make calls and whatnot. We meet with the venue around 2 weeks prior to the date.

    We're 10/27, mailing on August 20(ish), RSVP of 10/5.

    (The -ish on our send date is becuase my sister mailed out shower invites today, supposedly, for our 9/22 shower and I don't want them to arrive on top of each other in the mail! The challenge, like other have mentioned is we addressed them a month ago and now we know of a couple people who are moving, etc. so we have sent a few already to avoid them getting lost!)
