Kauai beach ceremony

Aloha!

I am thinkig about having my wedding ceremony at Mahaulepu beach in Kauai.  I know there are no chairs allowed on the beaches of Hawaii.  I plan on having around 50 guests.  Has anyone ever had a beach ceremony with that many guests where they had to stand the whole time?  I was thinking about having them sit on beach towels.  I'm just looking for some tips or suggestions from anyone who has been to or had a wedding on the beach of Hawaii.  Thank you! Cool

For that many guests I'd recommend getting a private location where you can have chairs.

I am having the same issue.  We're expecting around 50-75 guests, so I think it may be too many people to do on the beach.  Several people told me that with a group my size, we have to make sure to get speakers for the ceremony so the guests can hear us.  Even if we think we're talking loudly, some guests won't hear without amplification.

    Good luck!!!
