Who loves Ikea?

I ventured out to Charlotte this past weekend and found Ikea after hearing so many great things about it.  I think I found a new favorite store!  I love that place!  I wish I had heard of it prior to now.  I didn't get to spend as much time as I wanted to in there because they were fixing to close, but I do plan on going back prior to my wedding to get some candles/holders.  I was very impressed with everything...especially the prices!  Is anyone else loving Ikea?

    I HEART ikea!! I bought all my vases and candles for my wedding there, plus I have gottan tons of household goods from there.

    I LOOOOOVE that place!
    I wish there was one closer to us. I now have to go there everytime I go back home to see my parents. 

    We got a lot of nifty kitchen things and found some furniture we'd like to get. One of these days both DH and I are driving down in one car and he'll rent a one-way Uhaul since we can't fit much in my car / his jeep.

    Did you pick up a cataloge? I like to look through that when Im bored :)

    I LOVE IKEA!!! :) My centerpieces came from there. I can wander that place for HOURS!

    I LOVE Ikea! That's another reason I'm excited about us moving to Baltimore :-) I'm sure our new place will be filled with Ikea stuff :-)

    oops...I just discovered that you can order online now. The last time I tried (probably over a year ago) you couldn't place orders online. I don't see very much studying in my near future! haha

    I wish there was one closer to me, too.  It was about 2 hrs to the one in Charlotte.  I did grab a catalogue on my way out.  I know what I'll be saving my money for once we get this wedding paid for!  I wish I could design my whole house from scratch with their stuff!

    There's a business in Raleigh that has a runner service to Ikea.  Here's the link:  http://www.eco-modernism.com/2010/04/no-ikea-in-raleigh-ecomod-is-the-next-best-thing/. FI completely gutted most of his house when he moved in and the guest bath has Ikea vanity/sink/medicine cabinet.  They look great and were really cost effective, but they're not real user friendly on installation.  Lots of stick figures.  We were psyched, though, when we went to a million dollar home and saw basically the same stuff in their guest baths.  They really do have great design at a super price.

    I wish I could live at IKEA! It's my favorite store. I work for a designer furniture compnay, and my $12K retail (I didn't pay that!) sofa/chairs look fantastic with my $200 tables from IKEA. :) When I move in with DH our bedroom and kitchen are going to be completely IKEA. I have everything in storage and I cannot wait  to break it all out and set it up.

    I spend entirely too much time there..... I live about 15 mins away.....

    I had a girls weekend last weekend, and it was Ikea themed... hahaha! They had never been so I got them all goodies.... wrote about it on the blog with pics :-)

    I LOVE Ikea!  I don't live very far from it and I've done a very good job of not going into the store everyday!  I can spend hours roaming around in the store.  Half of my apt is furnish with stuff from there!
