do you have a Prosecco suggestion?

It's getting down the wire here and though we've tasted a ton of wine and made our selections, we haven't chosen a Prosecco for the toast. We are running out of time and alcohol tolerance and definitely can't start sampling sparkling wines at this point in the game. Neither one of us is a huge fan of Champagne, but we'd like to have a toast and Prosecco seems like a good Rhode Island choice. Anyone have a specific recommendation for an affordable, tasty one? And if you know where I could track it down, I'd be forever grateful! (Sorry if this is a totally absurd question...)

Hmm. I tend to like Prosecco over Champagne- only because it gives me less heart burn (ahha, sorry ,but its true).
I really think any I have tried are always in the $15-$18 a bottle range.
I have had a La Marca that was particulary tasty without being overly "fruity".
I have also seen Zardetto get some great reviews online- and its available pretty much anywhere.

Where in RI are you? I have particularly good luck at getting anything I need at Gassbaro's in North Attleboro- although I am sure there are similar liquor discount retailers around. They can always offer up some tasty and afforadable options, I might give them (or a similar place) a call.
Plus theyll order anything you need even if they don't carry it. So if you see an online review for a great Processo you might want to try that.

I really like Santa Margherita's Prosecco...not sure on cost, but all the Haxtons usually have it.
