how lazy are you?

i am so lazy that i never bothered to switch our summer and winter clothes, and just pull stuff out of a bin when i need sweaters. and the folded sweaters stay on top of the bin when they come out of the laundry.

i have work clothes still sitting in a pile because i need to put them on hangers, and the hangers are in the hall closet. it's just too far from where i sit, which is right next to my pile of work clothes.

i don't even bother to get dressed anymore. when i first started WFH, i would put clothes on. sweat suits, yoga pants and a t shirt, things like that. then i downgraded to pjs. now when i come out of the shower, i just leave my bathrobe on for most of the day until i have to get the kid from daycare.

Well, we never switch wardrobes. When it's 70 one day and snowing the next, it doesn't make much sense.

I'm so lazy I bought a tiny, pre-sliced ham for dinner last night. And not, like, spiral-sliced; no, I'm pretty sure it was meant for the deli counter and not the ham case. I didn't care; I just knew I wouldn't have to carve it and it would be easy to make leftover sandwiches out of.

I'm working on a rewrite of a first-person novel into a 3rd-person novel. I'm taking all the scenes of the main character and just changing the pronouns. If "find and replace" didn't find *every* instance of I or me, even inside words, I would totally just copypasta whole scenes.

I sat on my couch last night and got the "red dot" out and made my dog chase it instead of taking him for a walk.

I'm so lazy that I'm thinking about just lighting fire to this giant box of old bank statements instead of taking the time to shred them. Because seriously, it is going to take 6 hours to shred them and you can't watch TV because the shredder is too loud.

I have to dress because I take DefConn to the sitter every morning.

I never put up the summer or winter clothes. They all just stay in our closet and slowly get pushed towards the back in favor of the season we're in.

I'm terrible at folding and putting up laundry. I wait until the pile on the couch gets too big and then I make DH and the kiddo help me knock it out. Hanging clothes are the bane of our existence. They'll sit on the back of the couch for-ev-er.

i wish i had one of those carrie bradshaw walk in closets. if i had to hang stuff up instead of putting it ina drawer, clothes would get put away faster. well, aside from this work stuff pile. i just forgot about it because i don't wear business casual anymore.

i take baby to daycare in the morning, then come back to get ready for my work day. i dont even get dressed to take him, i make sure i have pants on and a sweatshirt under my winter coat.

Mrs Conn, I will wait to fold until there is about 40% less of it, then fold and then they're newly washed...AGAIN.

I am so lazy I leave a pile of clothes that are worn (not dirty) for aweek and then hang them up and then it begins again.

That is where these little dogs come in handy. If I dare leave a basket of unfolded laundry alone for even a few seconds it will have a dog or cat burrowing into it and leaving fur all over everything. If it is warm laundry they might all 3 hop in. So I have to fold everything immediately or else wash it all over again. However, once folded it can sit in the basket in the bedroom until the next laundry day. For some reason they don't like it folded.

yes, dogs love hot laundry. this dingbat gets so excited when we bring laundry in to fold, and practically tries to jump inside the laundry bag before we dump it.

We don't fold laundry very well. And we don't even have different summer or winter clothes to put away. Sure I have a few sweaters I dont wear in the high summer but not more than a drawer worth and other than that everything is worn year round. I just add a sweat shirt over my t-shirt if it is cold out.

Summer and winter clothes are in the same closet. Shoot a lot of my summer clothes are layered under my winter stuff.

I'm pretty good with laundry and getting dressed, but I'm lazy about vacuuming.

DefConn's learned how to pull laundry off the couch. He thinks daddy's polos are the best toys ever. So you'd think we'd get better about putting it away, but we haven't. King and Queen of Lazytown.
