10 days today ladies! I am officially excited. Its so hard to stay focuse while at work b/c I would rather be looking over my notes and looking at the last minute details of our day. The only left to do on our agenda is wedding favors. I have BM's but I think my parents would enjoy helping out with this task. So we decided to have lunch at their house and make the lil boxes and complete our checklist.

I need to finish printing out our table numbers and signs. My parents are working on spray painting the centerpieces. Flowers get here next Thursday so it will be time to make the bouquets. It's a really manageable to-do list. I really wish I could do that rather than work, too!!!

I just got the programs copied and now I just need to scan in the hymn and print that up (Office Depot wouldn't do it since the hymnal is copyrighted). Then assemble them.

Oh and I bought cardstock, I need to chop it up into small blocks for people to write well wishes on. And print a sign to go with the box to tell people to write well wishes.

I also am making some Lego cufflinks to surprise my FI with, for him and the groomsmen. I just need to power up the glue gun tomorrow, they should be easy to make.

I can't believe we're so close! As of this past Sunday, FH and I have been engaged for 15 months!

I still need to make my garter... there's nothing around here for fabric stores, so I had to order the lace, but it should be coming today. I'll probably sew it up tomorrow or Friday while FH is at work since its a surprise

We're planning to do most of our HM packing this weekend, and that's our last big check. We also have a date night planned and will try and spend a lazy afternoon at the park with our 2 dogs.

I only work Mon-Weds next week... have some spa appointments Thursday and then we're heading down the mountain to Charlotte that afternoon when FH gets home from work. All of our bridal party and family should be in town by about lunch time Friday and then let the fun begin!

Wow, ten days! Im so nervous, I feel i just know I am forgeting stuff. These past few months went by so fast. Im working on a seating chart, and hopefully thats my last thing to complete. Just hope all my vendors show up on time

I am getting married the 25th. I can't concentrate at all during work, it's awful! Not much else to do for me...need to pick up the dress and that's about it!

I just dumped a bunch of potting soil into our planters for our centerpieces (we are growing wheat grass in steel planters) and don't have enough! That's my to-do for tomorrow and getting my thumbprint tree printed. I have had a really hard time with that. Other than that, there's just little things left. We still have to decide on vows. I have a to-do list, but it seems like as soon as I cross one thing off, I add like three more! I'm also waiting for the weather for the 24th come up!

I am working on the seating chart too! I didnt think it would be this much work...lol!
Are you using a template or something? My hotel has given me a excel spreadsheet for the room set up but I am trying to have a general seating chart at entrance for guest instead of name cards

I am with you on all of the above! I am off after next Wed. I have decided not to feel guilty about not working up til the last moment. This is a once in a lifetime moment and I would like to not only enjoy the day but the days leading up to it. I am super excited it ridiculous! lol! Best wishes =)

whoot whoot! march 24!!!! i cant believe its right around the corner! i still have a few small things to do but for the most part everything is done and ready to go!!!! i just have to pay my reception site off monday and i should be done!!!

all i keep thinking about at work is omg i could be doing this, or doing that! ahh!!

Awesome!

I work tomorrow and all weekend, then I'm off til after the honeymoon. There is so much to do though - the stuff I mentioned above (I folded the programs but am having trouble getting the hymn printed up right), plus packing for the wedding night and the honeymoon, cleaning the house (a coworker is taking care of our cat for us and I don't want her to think I live like a total pig!), and writing some thank you notes. And figuring out which side of the aisle runner is the side that faces up. I bought double-sided tape to hold it down but I have to figure out which side that should be!

I kind of just want to go home and sleep for a week but there's too much to do!!!

I know! I thought it would be much simpler. Im using the template on theknot, it has been really helpful, that is if you remember how your tables will be set up, my fiance and I differ on how we think they set up their tables, so we have to plan a trip out their this weekend to double check. And I am having family members walk around with a list of the seating chart, so like Table 1 and list names, etc. This way I dont have to worry about all the little name cards and they can choose where on the table they want to sit.

ahhh going to the bank to put all our envelopes together!!!!! and making our last venue payment today!!!!! i cant wait either...last weekend to get things done. i am going to pack everything for the wedding weekend tonight too
