I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts on gifting a makeup artist's services to the bride, mother of bride/groom, etc. I'm not a bride but am actually doing creative digital media work for Vanessa D'Antone of All Dolled Up. I'm reaching out to hear your thoughts on whether or not you think this is a nice idea, a tacky idea, etc. because I want to create packages for this service if it's well-received. To be honest, with everyone being on a budget these days I thought it was something that as a bride I feel would be appreciated in lieu of more expensive wedding gifts from my bridal party etc. For example maybe the bridal party chips in for the makeup artistry (just for the bride) - this helps offset costs while also adding a beautiful benefit without the additional pressure of "how much do I have to spend on the bride just because I'm in the wedding party". Does this make sense/sound good to anyone? Really wanna know your thoughts, thanks!
