Can anyone recommend a good father-daughter dance song that is NOT "Butterfly Kisses" or "My Girl" or anything super obvious about fathers and daughters? Maybe a good Beatles song? Our back up is "What a Wonderful World," but I feel like that's also pretty standard and we'd rather not be so cliche. Thanks!
Re: Father-Daughter Dance
Although it does say fathers and daughters, we used Paul Simons' "Father and Daughter" and it isnt mushy like Butterfly Kisses and similar songs. It has a nice message and is a little upbeat, which we liked.
[QUOTE]Thanks, everyone! I think we're going to do the Pretenders, "I'll Stand By You."

Thank You! I was stumped on what song to pick & I really like Paul Simon's Father and Daughter. I didn't want to be bawling my eyes out while I was dancing with my Dad. I just want to enjoy the moment! Some of the traditional songs made me cry before I was even at the wedding!
