Katherine's Bridal Boutique was the worst experience ever

Dear All:
Just want to NOT recommend Katherine's in Alexandria. Horrible service, made me feel like I'm a whale and told me they had no dresses for me.

I know of other people who had the same experience.

    I second that. I wasn't impressed with them at all. I was literally told by a sales associate that I was not allowed to look through the dresses and that a sales associate would pick them out for me. Ummm....yeah, I would like to pick out my own dresses to try on thank you very much. Horrible, horrible service. Will not recommend them to anyone. I'm surprised they are still in business with that kind of service.

    I actually bought my dress at Katherine's and had a wonderful experience. I picked gowns out and looked through the dresses - they wanted to take them off the rack for me, but that was fine.  I'm sorry you had such a bad experience there because I found my dress there and they were so kind to me.

    Unfortunately I had a similar experience as the first two girls. I did actually find my dress in there, but then called around to buy it from a different store.

    Wow that is too bad, I came up to Virginia for a weekend from Califronia to help my daughter find a wedding dress. We had made a list of 8 bridal shops thru out Washington and Virginia all the places we visited the people were very nice and helpful but nothing compared to Katherine's Bridal Boutique the owner and there assistant were amazing and they gave my daughter and I 100 % of there attention. My duaghter ended up buying her Wedding dress there, the price was exactly what we had in mind and the whole experience was such a pleasure.
