Looking for a Coordinator

We actually live in West Texas but LOVE Fort Worth.  We have both been married before and are having a small wedding.  I am looking for some one to work with long distance and who is personal.  I am willing to work with some one who is just starting out etc..  If you have any names, websites etc. I am interested.  Thanks

    I can only speak for mine, Jen Ashford with Altar Ego. I met with three potential coordinators and she blew me away. I haven't gotten married yet, but I got lots of good recommendations and she's very organized and put-together.

    I am working with Jen from Altar Ego as well. I'm planning my wedding from Atlanta and she was very easy to talk to and responds very quickly when I email her. Both of which are important to me because I am planning from out-of-town.

    We're working with Travis at Functions and he's awesome.  And I'm not just saying that b/c he's FI's cousin (though we are getting a good deal because of it!)

    On that note, I love my coordinator Kathleen with Celestial Events. She is awesome and is a dream with DIY weddings. Her prices are INCREDIBLY reasonable.

    I was coming to post about this very thing.  We're having our wedding at the Gaylord and we won't have access to the Mission Plaza until 4:00 for a 7:00pm wedding.  I'm pretty sure that I'll be in the middle of getting ready and doing pictures during that time and won't be able to set anything up and I need my bridal party with me to help me and for them to get ready themselves and for pictures.  So, a friend suggested a DOC.  You mentioned that she's great with DIY weddings.  I'm doing everything decor wise myself, but I think I'm going to need someone else to set it all up.  Are you doing the same thing?

    I am working with Candace Williams at Each and Every Detail.  I met with quite a few coordinators and found her to be the best fit for me.  One thing that really stood out was the fact that I was able to get 4 meetings throughout the planning process as opposed to meeting with her just the week before.  My wedding is in 2 weeks and she's been a HUGE help.

    I had dinner with my coordinator the other day, and while I don't know if she would be in your budget (she has raised her prices since my wedding), she told me about a pair of wedding planners in Wichita Falls that she said she really likes.  I think their business is called "Two Clever Chicks" or "Two Creative Chicks."  I can't remember...
