MB Vista Suite Buffet/Cake

Hi Everyone,
Rather new here--more of a quiet one, learning tips and ideas regarding MB Vista Suite cocktail reception. My Vista is booked, with plans for 35-40 guests. Although I've only spoken briefly with Scott, I am planning to book Masterpiece Cuisine. I didnt ask Scott, so I am asking knotties--How/Where did you set up your food? The cake? I am wondering if I will need to rent/bring in tables of some sort?

Thank you

From most of the pictures I have seen, people use the giant table in the room for the buffet of food. For cake.. there is a thin table along the wall on the left side when you walk in. I have seen alot of pictures of the cake/cupcakes being set up on it. As far as i can remember, most people dont have tables brought in.

If you check out MB.com and look under their rooms, there is a blueprint of the room you can check out.

Thanks Magic34k. I'm familiar with that out cove (by the mirror) and have seen people use it as the cake table. I originally thought about putting the food there, but now Im thinking it won't be big enough. I guess I will get a better idea of where to set things up when I see the suite in person. I will be in Vegas several times before my big day. (via my job, and my parents live in Vegas) I have plenty of time--just thinking ahead, and getting advice from those who've already used the suite. : ) Thanks.

I didn't do my insuite at Mandalay, but I utilized several room service tables for our cupcake tower and whatnot.  I just called housekeeping for them.
