Vendor Beware?

I live in Virginia, but I'm from the 'Burgh.  I'm planning my wedding, and it may be back at home in Pittsburgh.  Is there a list somewhere of vendors to stay away from?  It's going to be difficult enough to plan something far away - want to make sure I cover my bases.  Thanks!

    Don't use Greg Boff! He was awful at a wedding we went to recently!!!! The bride was in tears because he was so rude to guests
