Yoga question

I don't want to post on GIS because I don't post over there.

Has anyone ever heard of/done DDPYoga? I am interested in it, but wanted to hear some opinions before I buy the dvds.

<div>But.. but.. I post over there.  Surely that's at least a tiny endorsement?  ;)</div><div>
</div><div>From what I've heard from the few people who are doing it, it's pretty darn awesome.  They seem to really love it and it's supposedly body changing</div>

I don't want to leave SB. I like it here. Harumph.

:) That makes me feel better though. I am just kind of putting it off because of the price. And I can't seem to find the dvds on Amazon or Ebay.

OH, ha. For some reason, I thought those dvds were a different workout. Derp.
  • What, pray tell, is DDP Yoga. If I can drink Diet Dr Pepper while doing yoga, I might be inclined to do it.

ETA: I *think* he is a former wrestler who designed a Yoga/cardio/core workout. Reminiscent of Beach Body workouts.

Oh, that man looks creepy. I don't think I could watch him. It would be like doing Yoga with the background of an infomercial.<div>
</div><div>I used to do this one <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Conditioning-Athletes-Rodney-Deluxe-Edition/dp/B0012T1J4O" rel="nofollow">http://www.amazon.com/Conditioning-Athletes-Rodney-Deluxe-Edition/dp/B0012T1J4O</a> And it was HARD, but the guy was pretty hot.</div>

He does look creepy. I teach Hot Yoga as a part time gig and that's intense. 105+ temp for 75 minutes. I would recommend an actual class as opposed to the DVD. I tend to be more motivated when there are others surrounding me. I'm just NOT motivated when I have to do it at home.

  • I use DDPYoga as does my wife. I've lost so far 19 lbs in just over a month and a half and inches everywhere.  The wife has been doing it for TWO weeks and lost 10 lbs and the inches are melting away....she's getting a nice tight bum(!)

    Here's my review of it:
