"It's the last ___________ of 2011!" - maybe it's just on the satellite station I listen to, but EVERY day this week they've done this... kinda annoying.

Your house related things make me so excited. That had to be my favorite part of this year, was getting our house and all the little things that came with it.

I came to the realization yesterday that I'll have 6 weeks left as of Saturday. Holy crap, it's going to go by quick. I'm working on getting those pesky final payments in to all of my vendors. Cake Guys & my florist are getting final payments next week. This weekend I am finishing all my DIY stuff, and working on seating charts based on who has RSVP'd so far.

In the meantime, I'm enjoying some pumpkin tea. YUM!

I have a busy day! Shopping date with some girlfriends, and then heading to the MAT SUUUPER early to watch the Alamo Bowl! Sic 'Em Bears!

Oddly enough, this was my favorite part of planning. Go to Michaels/JoAnn's/Hobby Lobby and buy a bag of popsicle sticks to write everyone's name on...that was one of the best pieces of advice I got!

That's a good idea. I have a tentative layout in my head that I made with everyone I invited, and pieced together who can go where based on who hates whom, etc. All I have to do with that one is remove the "no"s, and I can adjust seating accordingly...

I picked up my wedding dress a couple of days ago and FINALLY got my girls to order their bridesmiads dresses. It has been a big mess trying to find dresses they like so I'm super excited.

Lots of great AWs today!! I got nothing...and am not really motivated to do JACK today. We went out last night to see Cody Canada at the Glass Cactus, and I had to much fun. We went and looked at furniture for our wine room, found something we like, but DH is not like me and doesn't pull the trigger all that quickly. So I wait...
