So I don't know what I'm going to do when Andrew and I start having children. I obviously don't want to wear earplugs then. Will I ever sleep after having children? LOL.
Least favorite- Snoring, chewing, repetitive clicky noises, loud people talking (I shut my office door when that happens)
Favorite - Music, TV, or silence
Liv - Are your custom earplugs comfy? I have considered doing that because H snores so loudly. My doctor can probably refer me, since she knows I've complained about not sleeping well.
ETA - Lunar, I've heard about people developing the talent of falling asleep fast after having kids. Hopefully that will work for you.
My brother is also not a fan of noises. He will get really angry at people who cough or sneeze. Personally, those sounds don't bother me like the snoring and chewing.

What? What? My pink earrplugs aren't sexy?!

I actually pulled them out for this picture- you usually can't see them.
I HATE the feeling of towels. It's weird, I know. If you have never bit a towel, do it. And you'll see what I mean. It's sooo gross. That sound makes me squeemish. It's so odd, but I just cannot stand towels!
I LOVE the sound of my sound machine:
It helps me so I cannot hear my neighbors when I sleep at night. Or my roommates banging pans around in the morning when they're eating breakfast.
I hate the sound of people whistling, not sure why it bothers me, especially and mostly when it's off key and when it's just random whistling. Sometimes random ordinary noises will bother me especially at work.
I hate mouth noises too. Chewing is the worst. Kissing doesn't bother me, but that stupid sucking your teeth noise drives me apeshit.
Also, when people would rather sniffle than blow their noses. It's gotten so bad at my house that I refuse to stay in the same room with my father. UGH.
Favorite noises? Silence. Rain. Ambient music. And that noise that other people make when they're asleep. I love being awake next to Mast once he drifts off, because the room takes on a different feel from the noise.
The title of this post reminded me of Lonestar's song "Noise"
It's awesome. And amazing if you play it really loud
I'm also pretty much horrified of kiddos, lunar, so I understand what you're saying (they're loud, dangit!)
I guess, to tell you the truth, I've never had much of a desire to grow facial hair. I think I've managed to play quarterback just fine without a mustache. - Peyton

I have this problem with wet paper towels and napkins. I can't stand them in the least bit. I also can't touch ANYTHING when I am all pruny from a bath. *shudders*

I bought one just like that, but it was too loud for me. I put it in the bathroom and it still bothered me. I do run a humidifier every night, and it has a softer fan-like sound.

HAHAHAHAHAHA
BF just looked at me like, "WTF you laughin at so hard, crazy lady?"
I hate that as well. Not many things gross me out, but spit/mucus is one of them. I am less grossed out by poop - honestly. BF and his dad find it hilarious - sometimes they just look at me and say, "mucus," to watch me squirm.
I hate the feeling of concrete dust. My dad worked in concrete construction, and the sound of the concrete-dust-covered laces against each other when he took his boots off at the end of the day was like nails on a chalkboard. Running into the dust anywhere in the house was like a small torture.
I dislike mouth noises as well, especially on the phone. If I have to talk to someone who has gum or a cough drop in their mouth, or is chewing food while on the phone, I get super edgy.
There's a girl who sits next to me at work (who is otherwise nice) who GRUNTS. It's some weird swallow, grunt, throat clearing conglomeration of aural terror. It's AWFUL. It makes me CRAZY. Somedays it's hard to be nice to her because I want to scream! She does it a LOT. Sometimes it's more than others (like 5 times in 15 minutes as opposed to 5 times all day). I can't really say anything to her, and I don't thinks he means to do it--sometimes she turns it into a hum. It just makes me crazy. That's the only annoying sound I can think of, but I hear it entirely too much.

I haz a planning bio
Also, nose things; like, blowing your nose or sniffing or hawking loogies (SP?). All things snot related gross me out too!
ETA: I like the sound of waves and quiet rain (not storms) and chimes, then music for certain moods. That's about it.
