We are getting married in our home with the pastor, 2 witnesses, and our fathers. We aren't going to have a reception, but I would still like to give each person a gift for attending. Anyone have any ideas?

I'd follow the rule for bridal attendants and find a small personal gift for each, instead of a 'favor', per se.
Since it's a small gathering. We got mini jars os jams and fruit butters. We also saved money and ordered the label ourselves. I got favors from http://www.abundanceyeah.etsy.com. This woman was easy to work with.

I agree with this. Since, I assume, you have a personal relationship with each of the attendees, I would buy them something individual.
If the officiant is simply someone you hired, you could do a gift card to a nice restaurant, etc. if you want to get them a token of appreciation on top of his/her fee.
**i'm a little drunk on you and high on summertime**
