  if u're in Kent or Sussex county, I highly recommend Dover rent-all Tents & events. they're pretty fair in pricing & selection ^_^

  There's also a great company I used before that is located in Wilmington. Their rates were roughly $2 per chair for the white, sturdy, nice looking foldable plastic chairs. I can dig if that is closer to you or if  you're willing to travel.
  They are near the Wilmington train station.
