I need some good diet tips for toning my tummy! i SHOULD start running and i need some good diet foods to start eating!! i have a sweet tooth so its gunna be super hard for me to follow! plus i do not eat seafood at all!! any tips?
I do not eat any seafood either. For dieting I eat a lot of turkey, either in sanwiches or ground turkey in dinners. Grilled chicken is another go to item for me. I don't have any trouble getting in protein while avoiding fish and still keeping it low cal. Lots of fruits, veggies and nuts always help out too.
For exercise I would find something that you enjoy. If you don't like running, then you probably won't stick with it. Maybe try a kick boxing class or go hiking. I have an elliptical in our made-over basement. I watch my guilty pleasure reality shows while using it that my FI hates. Recently on my rest days I still want to use it just to watch the silly shows. Long story short, make sure you enjoy what you are doing because it is the only way it will really stick.
I have a super sweet tooth too. Try Chocolate Cheeri-Os!! At first that sounds kind of gross, but they are actually absolutely amazing and great to snack on instead of sweets

As far as 'diet' is concerned, I'm probably the worst girl to ask. I have SO much trouble sticking to a diet...the things I like best are usually the things that are WORST for me. However, with summer coming up fast, fresh fruit is always a hit over at my house. I could eat fruit all day.
When I'm having trouble getting motivated to exercise, what helps me is I start my workout and then I put on my favorite hip hop/pop music and crank it loud, and I get so busy singing/dancing along, I forget I'm also doing my workout! And it seems to make each exercise a little easier, and go by a little quicker.
Also, my daughter and I really enjoy taking a bike ride up town together, whether it's to the P.O. or the grocery for a couple last minute items, or even all the way to my sister's house. The scenery and knowing that I'm getting somewhere really help distract from the whole "exercise" part of it.
thats good, yes i need to get in a habbit! lol i work for a dr, and 3 times a week EVERY week we get lunch!! im 110 lbs now and im like at the rate of working here im gunna gain SOOO much weight! esp with snacking throughout the day! lol, i just wanna tone myself, esp my tummy area!! thankss!
