Is a veil a must????

I am planning my wedding with a very traditional / vintage style... and was wondering would it look bad if i didn't have a veil? Is it a must? I would wear it yeah but im not crazy about it so please i need tips... Should i do a veil?

    definitely not a must. however if you were interested, there's tons of vintage style veils out there.

    A dress isn't even required for a wedding.  Do what you want - if you don't want a veil, then don't force it.  But if your family (ie: mom) or you feel a bit bound by tradition, then why not just wear it for the ceremony (you can lose it for before or after ceremony), or just put it on briefly for a few pics and not wear it for the rest of the day (including ceremony).   You can get really inexpensive ones (or diy) and then just sell it when you are done.

    No veil for me.  This is my second wedding and I remember how it drove me crazy the first time around.  Plus I think my son will try to pull it off my head all night.  lol  I got a crystal hair piece that I am going to incorporate somehow instead.
