  I find it so funny that a thing like the year on invites is controversial! I was asking bc I got the proof back for our STDs which include "and" in the year. At the stationery store we looked at Cranes hence the "and". Thanks for the thoughts ladies! I am going to keep the and, but only bc I think Cranes Blue Book is the source I will follow for invites (got to pick one, right?!?).

  We used two thousand twelve without an end.  I've seen it done both ways and don't think it matters.

  I'm not sure it really matters. We used two thousand eleven, but that's because that's how I say the year.
