  I ordered most of mine from metrocandy.com .  I checked out quite a few online places and they had the best prices for what I wanted.  I also ended up ordering my jelly beans from ebay

  Some of my friends did candy buffets and bought the candy at Horrocks for great prices.  They also have a big selection, which is nice.
