  That is a great question. I'm in Hillsborough and will get married in Manatee.
  Hopefully someone has an answer for us.

  EDIT: I was wrong!  You can get the license in any FL county regardless of where you live or where the wedding takes place.  It just has to be mailed back to the same county that issued it.  HTH!

  MP - Yes, I'm pretty sure this applies to out of state people as well.  Being out of state you just won't have the 3 day waiting period like residents have.  

  
  

  For everyone, license is valid for 60 days and must be returned within 10 days of marriage.
