Which Beach?

Hi all

Me and my fiance plan to marry on a beach in West Maui in July next year.
We are staying in the Mauian and was just wondering if anybody had any recommendations as to which beach to marry on...
Also we are getting married at sunset and I was wondering if it is likely to be windy?  Just thinking about my hair!

    Hm, I don't know much about the beaches on Maui.  Kapalua up by the Ritz is just stunning, though -- more rocky / cliffy and much less traffic than Kaanapali.  Maybe something up that way?

    I agree. The beaches in the Kapalua area are so beautiful and sme are even protected from wind, but I think almost anywhere along the coast there will be wind--especially later in the day...?

    I know for sure I'll be wearing my hair up because of the wind, and I'll probably be going without a veil...
