Bridals by Lori - What's the deal?

Hey ladies,

I ordered my dress from Bridals by Lori in March. On April 3, I requested a swatch, which they said would take a few weeks to arrive at my house, and I still haven't received it. I've been trying to call since yesterday, and neither of their two phone numbers are working. Now I can't get the website to load.

I'm sure they haven't just packed up and left town, but I'm a little frustrated. Has anyone else been having issues getting a hold of them?

**UPDATE** Finally got a hold of them, and my swatch wasn't ordered until April 26th, even though I requested it on April 3rd. Kinda lame, but at least the store's still in existence, I guess!

    Good grief.  That would really frustrate me, to say the least.  Three weeks to order a swatch of fabric???

    Yeah, I don't get what the problem was! But I don't have any kind of receipt or proof of when I called, so I guess there's not much I can do.

    You know you are able to order many swatches from bridal stores online.  Not sure what line of dresses you ordered, but it's a thought.
