Bachlorette Party

July 28th ladies, are you having your bachlorette party this weekend? Or did you have one already?

Mine is Saturday night :-)
Nothing special though, were having a joined Bachlor/Bachlorette party.
Just going to bar hop and have a great time with friends.

Neither of us want to do anything special..

    Mine is Saturday too!

    Everyone is meeting at my house for dinner and drinks. Then we are going to a wine tasting at a wine bar, where my FBIL is the executive chef. Then we're going dancing.

    A joint party sounds fun. FI's friend was joking about crashing our party since I'm already seeing my FBIL at my party.  Since FI and I live together, he'll leave before my friends come to our house but come back later in the night so I'll still get to see him at the end of the night.

    I wish mine was this weekend.  My WP won't be in town until next week.  We are going out next Thursday night.  Honestly this is one thing that is really stressing me out because there is so much to get ready at that point.  We are catering our own meal so the prep needs to be done, we are cutting our own flowers from the garden center's fields, we are baking two cakes, Ugh.  I should be flattered that they want to throw a party for me, but the timing stinks.

    sunshine, everything will work itself out. It seems like a lot, but it shouldn't be too bad. You'll have your WP with you so it wont be boring :-)

    Mine is this weekend too :) We are doing a luncheon at my parents' house and then a Detroit Tigers baseball game, then there is a possibility of going out afterwards!! I am super excited, my MOH has been doing a wonderful job planning!

    Our parties are this weekend as well.  We both wanted something low-key, so I think me and the ladies are going to eat sushi and then drink wine at my house; FI and the guys are going to a friends to play yard games and grill.

    Sunshine - you all should go to dinner, and then maybe they could help you out with some of your to-do list.  May not be the party of your dreams, but it may help the stress!

    Our parties were last weekend. We had an absolute blast. Glad I did it last weekend though cuz I have some nasty bruises lol. I let my MOH plan it all and it worked out great. She got us a hotel room and I met up with FI there at the end of the night. It was a great idea.

    No, it certainly won't be boring. And if I plan right all prep will be done so I will LOVE a night out. Thanks for helping me see the brighter side.

    Mine is this weekend too! We're going to the beach and then dinner and staying at a hotel. I don't know any more than that though- no idea where we're staying/eating.
