I'm thinking about having my reception at the Durham Armory. Thoughts anyone????

    I think I was harsh on the other board but that is because I am military.  The armories have a lot of space but you also better have a big decorating budget because they are not pretty buildings.  I get to get the armory for free and don't want to have my even there.  i will admint the Durham armory is a lot lot better than most armories but they all need a lot of work.  I live around the croner from it so speaking from experience as a Soldier and community neighbor.  They rent for cheap but I don't think you can do alcohol in them!  In my armory you can't but not sure about the Durham one.  I can check for you is you like?
