    Good luck!!! I can't wait to have my dress altered since it has to be taken down a bit, but I'm waiting until spring to get it done.

    I'm having major work done to my dress (shortening the hem line so that it's tea length, and bringing it in to fit me which will require re-beading, etc.) and I'm wondering if I should be starting in about 2 months or not.

    Just try not to do too much too soon. Remember that our weight will probably fluxate from winter into spring and with all the stress of the wedding and such. The size we are now may not necessarily be the exact size we are next June. Hopefully it will be close enough though.
