Last minute project--- any ideas?

I got my three flower girl dresses at 16 dollars each and they are cute, but they are not fancy or dancy enough :) They are basic white with just a bow around the waist. I found out my cousin with daughters (who've already been flower girls several times) are getting their dresses custom-made in our colors.

SOOO, I don't want my three cuties to not look special enough so I am trying to MAKE tutu-like petticoats and dye them fuschia-- one of the colors. Anyone know where I might find slips/petticoats for girls under 4?  I have only tried Mitchell street shops and they just had the elaborate dresses and hoop skirts.

Open for ideas!  TIA!

First that is a super cute idea! I was going to suggest a petticoat. I know this might seem a little far out but you might want to check Hot Topic. You might be able to make an Extra small work. Other then that I would say, call up all the local dace supple stores and see what they have.
    HTH!

I don't think they'd be that hard to make if you're good at sewing.  Otherwise can you ask your seamstress if she'd be able to make them for you?

P.S. Where'd you find them? I'd love to go check them out.

I searched every store I could think of high and low yesterday and Old Navy has some cute ones in the sizes I need  (pink and gray colors) but they are the same price as the dresses were... So I think I'll be buying tulle and make them myself. I have done a little sewing, so we'll see. If all else fails my mom is in town this weekend and she's a much better sewer so I'll get help.Laughing

Will definitely post pics! I can't wait to see them!
