Getting in Shape

Hello- newbe here

Hello everyone! I'm getting married in 3 months. For the last 5 years I've been pretty athletic - until this last year. Life sort of took over my schedule and I wasn't make enough time for myself. Now, I'm 3 monts from my wedding and I need to drop some weight.
I've been working out 5-6 times a week with 45 minutes a day of cardio and spend at least 30 minutes a day lifting.  I'm on serious crunch time and could use all the accountabilyt I can get!

  • Hi there! My wedding is in three months too- July 17! I haven't lost nearly as much weight as I could have wanted to- as you said, life got in the wayFrown Im just praying that my dress looks good on me lol. Good luck and congrats!

  • I am now too! My wedding is in 5 months- Sept. 17th and I seriously need to get in shape, but for some weird reason I can't get motivated!
  • I know we can do it!! We just need to focus! It keeps me going when I'm runnign when I think about how many people will be staring at me on the day of the wedding. YIKES!
