Rehearsal Dinner Maui-where and do you invite everyone?

Where is everyone having their rehearsal dinner?   We are trying to find a good place and are planning to get married on the west side, so we would want to stay around that area. Are you inviting everyone or just those in the wedding party?  Thanks!

    Sorry I can't be of much help for restaurant suggestions... But some of the other ladies on here have posted great vendor reviews!

    As far as who to invite, it's really up to you. If we do one I will invite everyone because our guest list is pretty small and everyone is traveling from pretty far away. But I know of people who only invite the wedding party. If you are actually "rehearsing" you can do that with just your wedding party and invite everyone else to meet a certain time for dinner if you are concerned about ruining the "surprise" of the ceremony.

    I am currently struggling with the same question.  We are having about 50 people at our wedding, and around 20 make up the wedding party.  I really wanted to have our rehersal dinner at a Luau, but after pricing it out I just dont know if I can handle the cost (we are paying for the wedding and everything on our own).  I also looked into a dinner sunset cruise, but the prices are almost just as much.  I really wanted to find a way to thank people for coming all this way to celebrate with us, but to be budget friendly I may just end up with pizza and booze at our condo! haha... such an extreme difference, but I am stuck on what to do!  I was hoping more people would offer you suggestions, so I could steal some of them too =P

    I had my rehearsal dinner at the Hula Grill in Whlaer's Village and it was a BLAST!

    We had a BBQ at the house we rented. Everyone loved the casual atmosphere and had a great time. And more importantly, it only cost us around 200 dollars for 20 people.

    Thanks for the feedback ladies!  I am going to look into the Hula Grill.  We rented a private estate (The Majestic Maui), we are staying there and having the wedding there too, so I want the rehearsal to be somewhere else.  Otherwise an at home BBQ would be perfect.  Casual and fun is my theme!
