  • I'm curious about P90x, do you need a lot of space to do this?  I'm interested, but we're currently strapped for space.  Once we finish the basement we'll have plenty of room, but for now, not a lot.

    However, that's a whole 'nuther story!

    Who annoys the shat out of you? Drea Webber. I don't know why.

    What is your favorite workout? Least favorite? I really like Plyo, legs/back and shoulders/arms. I hate chest/back and the arm workout that has all those push ups.

    I want to know the answer to this too!!!!! I borrowed the dvds from a friend, but am worried there's not enough room in my apartment? 

    Also, are there different dvds for men and women, or can FI and I do the same ones together? (assuming we have enough space!)
  • You need room for certain moves. For example, doing lunges back and forth for 1 1/2 minutes. However you can modify. Also, there's a imaginary tire jump back and forth but I'm not sure how you would modify.

    The videos are for men and women. My man and I do it together sometimes and he is clearly stronger in the upper body for pushups and pullups but I kick butt in the lower body workouts.
