Wedding dress alterations

Hi all,
I bought my dress a few months ago and have yet to get it altered. The dress I bought is a size 6, but I normally wear a size 1 and have a 34F Bust. So the dress needs to be little on the waist, but still enough room for the chest. I'm unsure of where to go and who can alter a dress to fit just perfect. Any recommendations?  I need someone who wont charge an arm and a leg. The dress only needs minor adjustments.

    my friend took her bm dress to final stich and he essentially remade it for her, he's a little pricey but makes the dress look AMAZING!!!

    i have had good luck with alterations by kathy, i have taken a holiday dress there and some other items.  its by the fair grounds.  her place is crazy inside, looks like a storm hit, but she's amazing at what she does and is affordable.
