  Go to "my knot"
  click on "view my profile"
  in the upper left corner hit the "edit my avatar and sig"
  
  from there you can upload your own pic for your little icon, use one of their pics or create an inner bride and then paste the html under the inner bride section.
  
  to update your signature you can type text in the box "My Forums Signature" or you can paste html code to add your wedding ticker or a photo.. just remember to add a photo here you have to have the html code from photobucket or another such site.

  If you look to the left (if you're on theknot and not on miami.weddings.com) there's a link that says update signature, too.
