    Crappy.  I was doing really well with exercise, but I had to ditch the personal trainer - it was just to oexpensive.  I've never had great self control in the diet area, but working out really hard everyday balanced that out.

    Apparently if I am not paying an arm and a leg for it, I think it is acceptable to start skipping workouts?? Going to the gym after work today, spinning class is at 6pm. It'll be my first one so wish me luck!

  • I think I'm doing well. Very nervous about my final fitting on friday. Some mornings I wake up and panic that i'm too fat, other morningsi panic about being too thin. My body changes inches a lot without pound changes. Makes me nervous!

    Anniversary

  • I'm doing really well.  Monday I ran my whole lunch break, and did full upper body when I got home.  Tuesday I did an ab workout on my lunch that I was still sore from.  And today I did a cario boot camp on my lunch break and will be doing upper body when I get home tonight.

  • I had food poisoning this weekend and today is the first day I have had anything other than clear fluids, pepto and immodium. So my weight loss this week doesn't count. Though I did lose 9 lbs.

  • Okay. I think stress is starting to help burn some extra calories, or something? Or I have a tapeworm.
