Hi!
I'm just starting my wedding planning and we want to combine our two cultures into our wedding day (he's Jewish and I'm Chinese). I came up with the idea of having an "American" ceremony with cocktail hour (I was hoping for a waterview) and then dinner reception at a chinese banquet hall with a tea ceremony.
I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions for a place for ceremony with cocktail hour (I have a caterer in mind but I don't know of location). I'm hoping not to spend too much money on this portion of the wedding.
For the chinese portion I know most of the banquet halls in NY so I think i'm set with that...
