in need of ideas!

hey ladies,

i am having a very romantic, natural, woodsy kind of wedding. we are using alot of wood for accents. i am having issues with favor ideas and need your help!

now i am confused and feel with all the components it will add up to too much money. then i thought wooden coasters like these would be cute: http://www.etsy.com/listing/81063641/20-single-ash-coasters-wedding-favor

does anyone have any ideas? i would really like to stay with the seeds, wood, natural earthy theme....

The coasters are cute. There's a lot of people who will always advocate edible favors, because most other things will get thrown away. So maybe a trail mix? Or I've seen chocolate covered sunflower seeds that are pretty delicious. You could wrap them with twine or get a jute or burlap bag for them. Edible can often be a lot cheaper, FWIW.

I'm definitely on the edible favors or none at all. Trail mix is a great idea! But you need to be careful about nut allergies though.

ooh I do like that trail mix idea. I was thinking maybe just do a packet of seeds of your favortie flowers or vegetables or both with a ribbon and maybe a cute mongramed tag or sticker on them. But I do think edible favors might be a better idea like pp said.
