  I looked into McMenamins when I first began searching.  I don't have Kennedy School info but everything I do have goes from $2000-$3000 minimums for all of the other locations.  I would say expect around that.

  I doubt it for the small rooms.  The space only holds 35 people!  I got theinfo back for the downstairs at Cornelius Pass Roadhouse and it's $400, so I'm hoping Kennedy school comes back slightly lower, but I guess I'll have to see!

  I'm a little wary of McMenamins at this point due to recent events there.
  
  My father and stepmom just got married two weeks ago and had their reception at the Roadhouse off of Cornelius Pass. Although our original server was extremely pleasant, once she left for the evening we were given horrific service and treated extremely rude for the $$$ that had already been spent. There were no crazy drunks, just a quiet party of about 20. We were first kicked out of our reserved room and shuffled to two different locations, all the while being hassled by a particular staff member. The worst part was that one of the guests that was present has MS and is almost entirely wheel chair bound, and at one point we were put in the upstairs area with no wheel chair access. She had to be pulled up the stairs by her husband.
  Needless to say, we decided to take our business elsewhere after the third relocation.
