Stevens Point area cakes?

Has anyone had any experiences (both good and bad appreciated) with getting wedding cakes around the Stevens Point area?  I'm researching different places and am not finding more than a couple online.  Any suggestions?

    I don't have experience, but I remember seeing The Knock Shoppe, Custom Cakes at wedding shows.  They do pretty elaborate lighted cakes and are from Westfield.  They deliver throughout the state.  http://www.theknockshoppe.com

    There is a lday who makes cake in her home and they are really good. I will try and think of her name and let you know.

    Thanks!  I'm pretty sure you're talking about Nancy Lemke then---I had her recommended to me as well so my fiance and I are meeting with her soon for some tasting! :)

    Yes..that is here. We have ordered many birthday cakes and graduation cakes from her but I have never seen a wedding cake I have tried the amaretto and Butter Pecan!

    Good to know!  I've had older cousins get her cakes for their weddings and they were really pretty---and good from what I remember.  I'm excited to try a few different flavors. :)
