Koozies - how do you present?

I really want koozies at our wedding. I had thought about having some by the bar and then favors but really I'm just now thinking the koozie can BE the favor. Should I still just put them in a basket by the bar? Or should I have them at each setting - maybe filled with candy? I have done that for bachelorette parties but since a wedding is more formal I don't want it to look cheap.

We'll also have a basket of flip flops in different sizes since our wedding reception site is by the beach. Do I really need to get anything else sort of favor?

I'd put them by the flip flops in a basket and maybe put "ladies" and "gents" on the baskets.

This may be a stupid question... what's a koozie?
