Good Morning, I thought I would sleep late,but I was actually up before 8:30.

We are trying something with the dog again, so he is in his crate. H is on his morning run and I'm having my coffee. I think I'm going to run to Home Depot and get some stuff done around here today.

    Good morning sunshine. 

    I'm procrastinating doing the final touch ups on the paint in the bathroom.  I figure it can wait until at least 7:00.  No idea what else we have going on this weekend.  H has been out running since 5:00, has to do a bike ride when he's done...   Need to figure out what to do for dinner tonight because if I don't, H will make pasta again and I'm sick of it.

    Good morning!

    I have a lot to do today and little motivation to do it. Go mail some of my books out, mow the yard, clean the chinchilla cage, and laundry. I'm giving myself 15 more minutes and then I need to actually start.

    Girlie- No More Pasta!

    KW- Your husband sounds like he's doing great on his meds. I have your book downloaded, just need to finish one and than I can start it.

    I'm searching on line for more 1st birthday things for Lily. I may just make her onesie instead of paying someone to put a iron on it.

    Girlie we have had paint in the closet for our foyer since Feb. My son came last week and asked when we might decide to actually use it. He's a smartass.

    He really is KD. He's had 2 days of normal fasting sugars and his daytime have been under 200 for 48 hours, and under 150 (aka almost normal!) for 24. He's also back at the good store so he's actually enjoying work again. I love it because even on his late nights he's home at 9:45 pm instead of 11:30pm.

    KW, I didn't know you had a book out.  I'd be interested in reading it if you're ok with giving me the info. 

    KD - I don't mind the actual painting, it's the stupid prep work & clean up I hate.  I've got to tape the ceiling this morning so I can do the edges and I think I'd rather stab myself in the eyes with hot pokers. 

    Also, I have to google if a spider bite can cause a bruise.  Something bit me and it's got a bruise coming up around it and I just don't know if I want to know what can cause that.

    I'm that way with painting too. I love the painting part but hate the taping and drop cloths and blah. Normally I can con H or my dad into doing that part for me. We really need to re-do K's room in the near future too :-/

    Oh, and also, my job is freaking awesome this year. We have a new principal and my boss scored us an office...with a window...and I get to use an actual networked computer! I can print from my desk for the first time in 4 years! (which is really exciting since I am, you know, the tech support and print all the effing time).

    Yeah, thats what we are putting off the prep work.

    KW- It sounds like things are going a lot better now, I'm so happy for you!

    H decided to run 5 miles today instead of his normal 3.5, and he came home and made me an omelet. Ok, time to get ready!

    hmm I have not heard of that one. I'm re-reading all my old Black Jewels favorites. I may need to break down and buy them on my Nook because the paperbacks are falling apart (literally, one is being held together with a rubber band).

    I guess it's not really morning anymore but hi!

    Shadow of Night was awesome.  Glad you enjoyed it too Girlie.  

    H and his friend took the dog for a hike.  I'm contemplating a nap, but definitely have no plans to leave the couch.  We had a late breakfast, so I'm not sure when I'll be interested in lunch.
