Paper cutting place in Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater?

Does anyone know of a good place to get card stock paper professionally cut?  I am planning to  get heavy card stock and use it as the bottom layer for menus and a few other things.

    You can go to Fedex and they will let you use their professional paper cutter for free.  I went to the one at Citrus Park.  My advice is NOT to use Staples or Office Depot.  They both ruined good cardstock for me.  They didn't charge me for cutting, but I was out the money for the cardstock.
