I am having a GoGo withdrawal today! LOL. I'm from Atlanta but I went to HU and my son's father is from the District (SE to be exact) so I was REALLY acquainted with GOGO in my younger days. Why am I looking up Rare Essence, TCB, Backyard Band, and of course the Godfather of Gogo Chuck Brown??? I'm having my own Gogo at my desk. LOL!

    Enjoy!!  Last week I attended a Zumba-thon and one of the instructors used GoGo in her set.  We had a blast!!!  

    P.S.  HU grad here too.  :)  HHHH-UUUU!!!

    LOL!! I'm from Atlanta as well, but have only been in the DMV (Maryland) for a little over 2 years.  I must admit that there is something about that beat that just makes you wanna dance!! But nothing compares to the dirty south music, I really lose my mind when I hear that!

    I'm in the process of transferring to HU now.! Heyy.! I know how it is. When FI and I were in high school, FI was in a gogo band and he's going through withdrawls now, playing gogo everytime I turn around. Lol. We dance all thru the house. Lol. Enjoy.! I listen to it sometimes at work and it helps the time move.!

    If you are used to Bmore house music then its only natural to be irritated with Gogo. Im from Atlanta, when I first heard it I was like what is this nonsense??? But eventually it grew on me and that was ONLY because I was dating a true Gogo head. IN the band and all.
