I'm actually planning my own wedding, but I just need people to decorate the reception area and come back to take the decorations down afterward. Do I still need a wedding planner for that?  Is there a service/people that can just do that??

    If your venue has an event coordinator or site manager, usually they are the ones responsible for coordinating stuff like that.  If they don't, they will tell you.  Otherwise, it's usually easier to hire your own.  You don't want to be rushing around trying to decorate everything when you should be getting ready for your wedding.

    Great questio, and one I've been asking myself.  How would I go about hiring folks to do that?

    A lot of wedding planners have deals for just the day of the wedding. I am using Amanda Taylor & Alex Simon with Embellished Weddings for everything but they do offer a package thats just for the day. Check out their website!
