This had better not be a spider bite

So my flea bites from last week healed up and went away.  I am 99% sure they came from my friend's house and not mine.  But this morning a bite that I thought yesterday was a mosquito bite on my hip has now gotten bigger and bumpier.  I've never seen a mosquito bite get like this.

FYI, do not google spider bite pictures.  My limbs are not yet hanging partially severed and black, so according to Mr. Google, this is not a spider bite.

    I'm sure you're fine, even if it is a spider bite.

    I had one once. I'm allergic to everything, however. I got a light steroid and the swelling went down in a day.

    If it starts to look like a pimple w/ a white "head" don't try and pop it. I had what I thought was a spider bite and it ended up being a staph infection. It wasn't a big deal, just uncomfortable most of the time and kind of painful to get rid of.

    No hydrocortisone on spider bites, at least not on brown recluse bites.

    And yes, I've been googling spider bites, too, which is what makes me think that thing on Dex's leg is not a BRS bite. If it were, his whole leg would have fallen off by now.
